The client wanted to build a comprehensive edtech platform from scratch for K–12 students across the Middle East. The goal was to create a scalable, bilingual (Arabic and English) mobile app offering curriculum-aligned video lessons, live classes, gamified quizzes, and performance tracking. It needed to support both students and teachers, with dashboards for progress monitoring and class management.
